Terms and Condition
‍Using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Condition.
Terms of Payment
‍Terms of payment, subject to seller’s prior credit approval, shall be net cash in thirty (30) days from date of invoice, or as otherwise agreed in writing, after the earliest of either the invoice date or the date on which the factory holding period begins.
‍Price or Discount Changes
‍Acknowledgement must be accepted in writing by the buyer within 30 days of the acknowledgement date, unless otherwise stated in the acknowledgement.
‍Tax
‍Unless listed in the contract, prices do not include any taxes or tariffs. 
‍Warranty
‍Ryowo warrants its equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of equipment startup or 2 years from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. The follow original equipment components only are warranted against defect in material and workmanship for a period 5 years from date of shipment: fan, fan shaft, fan motor, bearing, sheaves, gearbox, coupling and associated mechanical equipment accessories. Warranty should not apply to damage resulting 
‍Storage
‍In the event that Buyer is unable to accept delivery of goods and the Seller is required to hold goods beyond seven (7) working days from fabrication completion, a negotiated storage will be assessed by Seller for every day it is required to store goods on behalf of Buyer.  Storage will be assessed monthly and will need to be paid in full prior to a new shipment date being scheduled.
‍Agreement of Sale
‍Buyer’s order is accepted on the terms and conditions stated herein and Seller’s acceptance of Buyer’s order is made conditionally upon Buyer’s consent. Any notice of objection/modification to any terms and conditions (including inconsistencies between buyer’s purchase order and this acceptance) shall only be agreed to in writing and signed by Seller’s authorized officer.
